Hola! We have finally arrived in Costa Rica! The weather here is about 80 degrees and sunny, quite a change from the cold Nebraska weather. The hotel we are staying in tonight has a nature path that we walked around on and learned about different types of plants. Our hotel is extremely beautiful with flowers everywhere and balconies with beautiful views. On the way to our hotel our tour guide taught us to say Pura Vida, which means the pure life. He told us to use it instead of saying cool or sweet.

Tonight we are getting excited to go to a dinner where we will eat Costa Rican food and watch different Costa Rican cultural dances. Check back tomorrow to read more about what we have been up to!
